The Relationship Development Stages (Module 34)
This is a more comprehensive study of the 5 Stages of Relationship Development, and what stage the salesperson is at with each of the Power Players.
Upon completion the students will be able to:
- Explain the 5 Stages of Relationship Development
- Indicate what the characteristics are of each stage between the buyer and seller
- Show the “how to’s” of relationship building at each stage and what the buyer is looking for at each stage
- Tie the Relationship Stage Information back to the Power Players so that the salesperson is able to determine at what stage they are at with each Power Player.
