Opportunities in Sales (Module 3)
Students will learn the various types of selling a sales person may enter into during a sales career, including retail selling, proactive selling to individuals, business to business (B2B) selling, and telesales. They will also learn the challenges and rewards of the applying the different types of selling in different sectors and industries, such as insurance and financial services, automotive, heavy equipment, engineering, various professions, and others.
Upon completion the students will be able to:
Know the pros and cons of the different types of selling a Professional Salesperson can enter into.
List the top four types of selling the student would like to do and would be most suited to.
Make a ‘wish list’ of companies the students would like to work for.
