Approaching the Client (Module 9)

This module looks at ‘how to’ break the ice with the client or potential client, whether it be at his office, in your store, at a trade show booth or during a networking or formal dinner function. There is a saying “You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression.” This module will show how to quickly open a meaningful rapport building conversation with present and potential clients.

Upon completion the students will be able to:

Build and utilise rapport building approaches utilizing the four approaches:

– The Courtesy Approach
– The Focus Approach
– The Main Benefit Approach
– The Whole Story Approach

Build several approaches to be used in the workplace during “on the job training”
